Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Center is closed for Memorial Day.

TUESDAY: Chicken pasta, vegetable medley, chopped fresh spinach, honey dressing, garlic bread, spiced applesauce and orange banana juice.

WEDNESDAY: Potato corn chowder, grilled cheese sandwiches, orange spinach salad and tropical fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Chile relleno bake, refired beans, garden salad, dressing and mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs and cheese, hash browns, grapefruit, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

TUESDAY: Chicken fried steak, fruit salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, green peas and black forest Oreo parfait.

WEDNESDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, tossed salad, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat rolls, fruit cocktail and pink lemonade.

THURSDAY: Crab stuffed tomatoes, lettuce, hard boiled eggs, whole wheat crackers, cantaloupe and lemon cranberry muffins.

FRIDAY: Pesto chicken Florentine with penne pasta, tossed salad, Italian dressing, whole wheat dinner rolls and fresh strawberries.
