Popular cowboy poets Harold Roy Miller and Tony Argento will offer a cowboy poetry duet for the Friday Night Showcase at the Gold Hill Hotel, 1540 Main St., Gold Hill.

The presentation at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, will feature Miller and Argento who have both performed cowboy poetry throughout the region. Their work covers all aspects of rural life, with more than a touch of humor.

Miller is known as “Horsebard” and Argento calls his show “Tuned Up & Twisted Cowboy Poetry.” Their cowboy poetry line up includes humor, classic, rodeo, patriotic, gunfighters and more.

The show in the hotle’s Great Room is preceded by dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. The cost is $25 for the dinner and show, and $10 for the show only.
