David passed away on Veterans Day in Virginia. He was born 13 July 1955 in Carson City, Nevada.


He spent his formative years in Dayton, Nevada. He then began his trek as an Army Brat living on Army Posts in America and Germany.


David completed high school in Nebraska and attended the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany. Upon returning to the U.S.A., he soon enlisted in the U. S. Army and began his own stint of 20 some years of active duty and as a

civilian with the U. S. Army. While serving as an enlisted soldier in the U.S.A., he attended Officer Candidate School and graduated as an Artillery Officer. Completing several Army school requirements, he also acquired his college

degree in Fayetteville, North Carolina. His service included tours of duty in both Korea and Germany.


David is survived by his parents, David A. and Janet (Pedlar) Dull of Manteca, Calif.; his daughters, Diana Dull and Ashly Venson, both of Austin, Texas; his sister, Teri Palmer of Manteca, Calif.; brothers, Lee of Escalon, Calif. and Brian of Newberg, Ore.; and one grandchild, Dani Venson.


“David was loved and will be missed by all those who knew him.”


At a later date, his cremated remains will be returned to where he spent his formative years, Dayton, Nevada.
