William Berg, age 84, died October 8, 2016 at his home in Carson City, NV. Bill was a resident of Carson City for 59 years.
He was born January 17, 1932 in Tomahawk, WI to Albert and Dorothy Berg. He married Nellie Berg in 1958.
Bill was a Korean War Veteran in the United States Marine Corp. When he moved to Carson City, he worked as a heavy equipment operator and retired from that field.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie, parents, two brothers and 5 sisters.
He is survived by one brother, Wayne Berg of Wausau, WI, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial will be held Friday October 21, 2016 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Walton’s Chapel of the Valley in Carson City.
