Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

Carson City

FRIDAY

At 3:48 p.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies initiated a warrant service near the 400 block of Park Street. Bail was set at $271.

At 7:51 p.m., a 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of bail conditions after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 700 block of Hot Springs Road. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 11:23 p.m., a 59-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and basic speed after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Humbolt and William streets. Bail was set at $1,080.

SATURDAY

At 1:05 a.m., a 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of unrestrained animal and obstruction after deputies responded to reports of a noise complaint near the 1100 block of Woodside Drive. At the same incident, a Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of possessing alcohol in public and obstruction. Bail for the 20-year-old was set at $400 and bail for the second man was set at $450.

At 2:48 a.m., Lisa Bradshaw, 34, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony fugitive from justice after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Bath and Carson streets. No bail was set.

At 9:32 a.m., Bevan Price, 33, of Markleeville, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a forged instrument, felony trafficking, felony possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and parole and probation hold after deputies responded to reports of two subjects sleeping in a vehicle near the 400 block of John Street. Deputies discovered 70 grams of methamphetamine, 7 grams of cocaine, 2 grams of heroin, various prescription pills and drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $53,500.

At 10:56 p.m., a 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of marijuana and cell phone use after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Carson and Rice streets. Bail was set at $1,700.

At 11:10 p.m., a 40-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and failure to maintain a lane after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 2900 block of Highway 50. Bail was set at $1,040.

SUNDAY

At 5:11 a.m., a 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic dispute near the 2200 block of Long Street. Bail was set at $250.

At 9:51 a.m., a 24-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 1900 block of G Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 12:51 p.m., a 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of obedience of a traffic control device, duty to give aid at an accident and hit and run after deputies responded to reports of an accident near William and Roop streets. Bail was set at $1,050.

At 6:28 p.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a temporary protection order after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Lone Mountain and Winnie. Bail was set at $1,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
