The long-time military service and dedication of recently-retired Nevada Army Guard Soldiers will be recognized Saturday in Carson City at the Office of the Adjutant General, 2460 Fairview Drive during the annual Retiree Appreciation Day.
The day’s events include a retiree ceremony recognizing the Nevada Army Guard’s 2015-2016 retirees at 10 a.m.; military identification card and defense enrollment eligibility updates; and information booths from veterans organizations.
Organizations that will be on hand include: Veterans Administration, Disabled American Veterans organization, Tricare and the Employer Support of Guard and Reserve organization.
