An open house about United States Department of Agriculture’s new Guaranteed Home Loan program is planned from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23 at USDA’s Carson City office, 1390 S. Curry St.
USDA Rural Development Nevada State Director Sarah Adler will be on hand with program staff members Ticia Weare and Debbie Parra.
Real estate professionals and mortgage lenders are welcome to visit and enjoy a breakfast pastry and coffee and learn more about the program.
USDA Rural Development works in partnership with private sector lenders to guarantee home loans for more than 600 moderate income Nevada families each year in rural and near urban communities such as Mound House, Dayton, Indian Hills, and beyond.
