Jan. 25, 1929 - April 11, 2017
Theresa passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 11, 2017 at home in Reno at the age of 88. Theresa was born in Oak Park, IL to Thomas & Mary Quirk and was the 7th of 10 children.
She was married to Leonard J. Lewandowski for 45 years raising their 9 children.
Her husband Leonard and their daughter Margaret preceded her in death.
Theresa is survived by their 4 sons: Mike, John, Tom, Jim and 5 daughters: Mary Clements, Cathy Smith, Joanne White, Jean McGuire and Patty Skor, numerous sons & daughters-in-law, 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral is scheduled for May 1, 2017 at 11:00am at St. Teresa of Avila Church in Carson City.
