The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial Justice Court before Judge Thomas Stockard.

Randy Alan McClelland pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. A jury trial has been scheduled for mid-September.

Proceedings in the case against Linda Leeanne Lawrence were suspended, and she was placed on probation not to exceed five years while she attends drug court. She was sentenced on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Carlos Manuel Nieves was sentenced to one term of 19-48 months in prison for charges of possession of a stolen vehicle. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation not to exceed five years and given 99 days credit for time served.

Andrew Joseph King was sentenced to 18-60 months in prison for charges of principle injury to property; he was also sentenced to a concurrent sentence of 270 days in prison for principle injury to a telephone line.
