Celebrate National Dog Day by submitting your pets to Valley Dogs

Did you know that Saturday is National Dog Day?

Around my house, every day is National Dog Day, but I guess Aug. 26 is the designated day to spoil.

It is around this “holiday” that the Lahontan Valley News is introducing you to Valley Dogs.

Next to this feature is an example of how it will appear starting Wednesday. We also have included a few other examples below, just to show off our pets.

But to make it successful, we need you to show off your favorite fluffy friends.

Don’t worry non-dog lovers, feel free to submit and we will include you too.

So meet a few of the our BFFs — Best Furry Friends and be sure to submit yours.

Now, if you will excuse me I need to go buy more treats for National Dog Day.
