The Douglas County Democratic Women is hosting Sen. Julia Ratti and Assemblywoman Amber Joiner at its September luncheon.
The speakers will present a recap of the 2017 legislative session. The luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden.
