A journalist who has covered Nevada politics for more than three decades will be the guest speaker at the next Douglas County Democratic Women luncheon.
Jon Ralston, who launched the online news service The Nevada Independent early this year, will be presenting about the political climate for the 2018 and 2020 elections.
The luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 8 at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden.
