He will take good care of you.

The restaurant has ambiance

With napkins and tablecloths, too

And you can have wonderful pizza

Made especially for you.

Dr. Fred Simon, he is the boss.

He saved the restaurant

And played Santa Claus.

He’s very civic-minded and active in local sports,

He participates with charity contributions

And gift certificates of all sorts.

Jesus Espinoza is the executive chef

With fresh and unique dishes

He is the best.

Renee, she’s the manager,

She juggles it all.
