Carson City Trash Mob at Horse Creek Ranch canceled

The Muscle Powered Trash Mob planned on July 15 at Horse Creek Ranch has been canceled.

Organizers said conditions are too wet to hold a safe work day there, but volunteers will convene to clean the area in the fall when conditions improve.

Instead, volunteers can meet for a one-hour Trash Mob on July 15 on the east side of the Carson River. Meet at 8 a.m. at the dirt lot off Sierra Vista Lane.
