Chester lived in Northern Nevada most of his life, including Reno, Sparks, Fallon, Kingston, and most recently, Silver Springs. He also lived in the Phoenix area for over 30 years.
After his discharge from the United States Marine Corps, Chester was a Steel Contractor in the Reno area for 30 years, owning Briscoe Steel, and in the Phoenix area for over 25 years, owning Chetco Steel.
Chester was married to Alice Briscoe for 60 years and has 3 children, Chester Briscoe, Jr. (Marlaine)of Kingston, NV, Jeffrey Briscoe (Diane of, Buckeye, AZ and Catherine Pace, Reno, NV. Chester and Alice also have 4 grandchildren, Jeffrey Briscoe Jr. (Rachael) of Spokane, WA, Jesse Briscoe (Samantha), TX, Justine Pace of Las Vegas, NV, and Robert Pace of Sun Valley, NV. In addition to his wife, children, and grandchildren, Chester also leaves behind 4 great-grandchildren, Meliea Lynn, Rorrie Marie, Caleb and Madelyn.
Burial will be Thursday July 20th, 2017 at 1:30 pm in the Veteran’s Cemetery, 14 Veterans Way, Fernley, NV.
