20-year-old held for stolen vehicle, says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 7:15 a.m., a 25-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear after deputies responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle near Lone Mountain and Sage. Bail was set at $445.

At 1:45 p.m., Jacob Watts, 21, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony probation violation and carrying a concealed weapon after deputies located a wanted subject near Russell and Jeanell. No bail was set.

At 4:25 p.m., a 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear, contempt of court and driver’s license revoked after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Highway 50 and Airport Road. At the same incident, a 24-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of two counts of failure to appear. Bail for the man was set at $1,570 and bail for the woman was set at $330.

TUESDAY

At 2:31 a.m., Sage Conley, 20, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony vehicle burglary, possession of stolen property, obstructing a peace officer and contempt of court after deputies responded to reports of a burglary in progress near the 800 block of Alder Street. Bail was set at $21,300.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
