James (Jimmy) A. Waggoner sadly passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully at the age of 69, July 10, 2017, in Reno, Nevada. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents Mary Elizabeth-Tracy-Waggoner-Watkins and Arthur Allen Waggoner. He is survived by sister, Laura Beth Waggoner; daughters Jennie Lynn Bowmand (Chris), Holly Beth Jiles (Michael); niece, Nicold Denise Kennedy (Marshal), 5 grandchildren and countless number of friends in California, Nevada, and Texas.
