Paramidics begin to load an injured man into the Care Flight helicopter.
A Monday afternoon crash shortly after 3 p.m. on the Reno Highway resulted in the driver of one vehicle being transported by Care Flight to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.
Both the Nevada Highway Patrol and Churchill County Sheriff’s deputies were on the scene as was Banner Churchill paramedics.
The NHP is still investigating the crash, which took place on U.S. Highway 50 near Fulkerson Road.
