‘One Mother of a Comedy Show’ coming to Carson City Brewery Arts Center

One Mother of a Comedy Show, an all-ladies lineup of Northern Nevada stand-up comedians, is coming to the Brewery Arts Center to pay tribute to mothers.

Sara Rooker hosts with nine of Northern Nevada’s greatest comedians recounting tales of being a mother, their own mother, or random funny stories.

Rounding out the line-up are local performers Brooke Elizabeth, Courtney Lynn, Jenny Pez de Spencer, Josie Spadoni, Kate Brady, Meghan Simons, Vickie Gordon, Sally O’Neill, and Darlene Pearson.

The comedy show will be at 8 p.m. May 27 at the Brewery Arts Center’s Black Box Theater, 449 W. King St.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 at the door and offer open seating and a cash bar.
