In celebration of Older Americans Month and in the spirit of promoting health and wellness for all, the Senior Services Division of Lyon County Human Services is hosting its annual Healthy Aging Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 31.
The resource fair offering more than 30 local vendors takes place at the Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road, Silver Springs.
In addition, workshops will be offered in essential oils for beginners, nutrition, exercise, and more. A complimentary lunch will be provided, and United Blood Services will be on site collecting blood donations.
