He was a resident of Carson City, Nevada.
Eddie was born in Cavite City, Philippines. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1971.
He began working for NDOT in 1980 and retired in 2009. Eddie served on the PERS and the RPEN boards, and he volunteered for St. Teresa of Avila Catholic School.
Eddie married Evelyn in 1988 and had one son, Carl.
He is predeceased by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, son, and 3 siblings.
A viewing will be held on May 30th and May 31st from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be a Rosary on May 31 at 7:00 pm. These services will be held at Walton’s Chapel of the Valley on 1281 North Roop St., Carson City, NV.
A funeral service will be held on June 1st starting at 10:00 am at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Community on 3000 N Lompa Ln., Carson City, NV.
