Click Bond, Inc. is proud to announce multiple promotions, as well as the creation of a Continuous Improvement department.

Click Bond president and CEO Karl Hutter said, “As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, Click Bond couldn’t be more excited about the future. Each of these individuals has worked hard to help our team deliver unique ideas and product designs, top notch quality and on-time delivery of product, and incredible customer support. The creation of our new Continuous Improvement department will be a game changer for Click Bond. This new focus will unleash employees’ ideas to deliver new capability that ultimately enhances the competitiveness of our customers.”

Alexander Belman Carter III has been promoted to vice president, technology, where he will focus on the company’s “over the horizon” research and development initiatives. Carter is the company’s longest serving employee, celebrating 30 years with the company. He most recently served as vice president of manufacturing, where he directed the company’s strong record of quality and on-time delivery performance to customers around the world. Carter holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering, both from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Clyde Simmons has been promoted to facilities manager, where he will be responsible for ensuring the company’s capital investments in technology are being deployed effectively throughout all Click Bond facilities. Simmons has been with Click Bond for nearly 19 years. He most recently served as a senior manufacturing manager, leading a team to successfully scale the company’s adhesive-bonded nutplate line to meet increased demands from commercial and defense aerospace customers. Simmons holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administration from the University of Redlands.

Dugan Murray has been promoted to director of manufacturing, where he will oversee the company’s manufacturing operations in Carson City. Murray has been with Click Bond for just more than one year, serving as the production line manager, where he successfully deployed lean initiatives to engage employees and their ideas to significantly reduce costs and increase output for one of the company’s most in-demand product lines. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Glenn Hutt has been promoted to senior manager, environmental health & safety, overseeing the company’s performance as a safe and environmentally conscious business. Hutt served most recently as the manager of EH&S at the company. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Baker College and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial hygiene from The Union Institute.

William Roth has been promoted to senior manager, supply chain & materials management, leading the company’s supply chain, procurement, and planning functions. Roth has been with Click Bond for seven years and served most recently as the leader of the project management office, where his team conducted a myriad of continual improvement projects that resulted in systemic improvements in efficiency and reduction of risk. Roth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in supply chain management from Clarkson University.

In addition to these promotions, the company is excited to welcome Randy Bourgeois as the director of continuous improvement. Bourgeois will spearhead the company’s lean initiatives, with a focus on engaging employees to implement their ideas to work smarter, refine processes, reduce costs, bolster efficiencies, and ultimately increase value to Click Bond’s global customer base. Bourgeois holds a Bachelor of Science degree in professional aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
