Man arrested on drug, alcohol charges, says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

THURSDAY

At 6:35 p.m. Ginnie Heidt, 42, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of a felony parole violation and obstructing. No bail was set.

FRIDAY

At 9:40 a.m., a Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion on a contempt of court warrant. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 11:32 p.m. a 34-year-old Turlock, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first for alcohol after a traffic stop at William and Stewart streets.

SATURDAY

A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 7:21 a.m. on suspicion of disorderly conduct and being a drunken pedestrian. Bail was set at $175.

A 33-year-old transient woman was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on suspicion of an FTA traffic warrant. Bail was set at $295.

A 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on suspicion of suspended registration, a tail lamp violation and a felony possession of a tablet of meprobamate, a schedule 4 narcotic under the Controlled Substance Act. The woman didn’t have a valid prescription. Bail was set at $2,684.

A 39-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver’s license and suspended or revoked registration after a traffic stop in the 1800 block of North Carson Street. Bail was set at $749.

A 44-year-old Reno woman was arrested on at 9:40 a.m. on suspicion of a contempt of court warrant. Bail was set at $500 cash only.

SUNDAY

Sarah Elizabeth Crockett, 28, of Carson City was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on a warrant on suspicion of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $3,000.

A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of an outstanding FTA warrant and a probation violation at 10 a.m. Bail was set at $855 cash only on the FTA warrant. No bail was set on the probation violation.

At 1:56 a.m., a 25-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of a felony possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI-second offense for alcohol, obstructing and driving with his brights on after a traffic stop on Highway 50 and I-580. Christopher Michael Lerude was arrested after he stepped out of the car and then proceeded to run away from the arresting officer. During the foot chase Lerude allegedly threw a pipe over a fence. The pipe was later recovered and found to contain meth. Bail was set at $5,278.
