Carson City road report for Aug. 27-Sept. 2, 2018

The following information applies to the period of Aug. 27-Sept. 2:

Work will continue on the Downtown Curry Streetscape Project. For details regarding traffic impacts as a result of the project, refer to http://www.carsonproud.com/. This source will be updated weekly throughout the duration of the project.

Road closure expected at the following location due to road/utility work:

Silver Sage Drive will be closed between Clearview Drive and Roland Street for all hours Monday-Thursday. Access will be open to residents on Silver Sage Drive.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Ormsby Boulevard will be reduced to one lane between Dartmouth Drive and College Parkway, Monday-Tuesday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

Arrowhead Drive will have reduced lanes between Technology Way and Hytech Drive, Thursday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

Fairview Drive will have reduced lanes between U.S. 50 and Roop Street, Sunday-Thursday, 9 p.m.-5:30 a.m.

The intersection of U.S. 50 and Lompa Lane will have reduced lanes, Monday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Fairview Drive may have reduced lanes between Carson Street to I-580, Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

Intersection of U.S. 50 and I-580 may have reduced lanes, Friday, 8:30-11 a.m.
