Elko defeated Fallon on Thursday in boys soccer, 5-3, at the Edward Arciniega Athletic Complex.
The Indians scored four goals in the first half and one in the second, while the Wave scored two goals in the first half and one in the second.
Christian Andrade and Oscar Garcia each had a goal, and goalie Cesar Molina recorded 18 saves.
Spring Creek rallied in the second half Friday in its 2-2 tie with Fallon. The Wave scored a goal in each half, while the Spartans tallied a pair of goals in the second half.
Kevin Duenas and Garcia each scored goals for Fallon.
