Winter isn’t done yet.
The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for Carson City, Fernley, Fallon, Gardnerville, Yerington and Susanville for early Wednesday.
The NWS says overnight lows are expected to dip into the 20s from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The NWS recommends protecting cold-sensitive vegetation and irrigation systems.
