Due to anticipated cold, wet, windy weather conditions Carson City Sheriff’s Office regrets to inform the community of the cancellation of the Cops and Kids Safe Streets Party which was scheduled for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
According to the National Weather Service a slight chance of showers and potential for wind is predicted. Unfavorable weather conditions may cause significant disruption in the planned outdoor activities. The event can’t be relocated indoors as accommodations are limited. Staff of the Carson City Sheriff’s Office wishes to thank those interested in attending and appreciates the community’s support.
