Non-critical violation: Frozen potentially hazardous food is being thawed in a manner that does not minimize microbial growth. Observed frozen raw beef patties, RTE ham and bacon thawing in room temperature.

Non-critical violation: Inspector observed kitchen make-up unit, holding raw and RTE food products, unable to safely hold foods at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

Non-critical violation: Observed no thermometers in any of the cooling units. Thermometers must be provided in each unit to ensure proper cold holding temperatures.

Non-critical violation: Food is stored in containers that are inadequately labeled or unlabeled.

Non-critical violation: Inspector observed eggs in their delivery boxes and potatoes stored on the floor.

Non-critical violation: Gaps/holes exist in walls, door and/or windows to the exterior of the building that might allow for pest entry. The lid to the ice machine will need repair or replacement as it was observed in poor condition.

Non-critical violation: Potentially hazardous foods are held at temperatures that support micro-organism growth. Potentially hazardous foods intended for cold holding observed between 42 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Inspector observed sliced tomatoes, raw chicken and raw beef patties stored in the top make-up unit and bottom reach-in of the same unit at an internal temperature of 43 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit.
