Skateboarder should stay clear of traffic, Carson City Sheriff’s Office says

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 11:17 p.m., Goldie Consalvi, 18, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after deputies were dispatched to an address on Sherman Lane for a report of a suicidal female. She had a warrant charging felony probation violation with a no-bail hold.

WEDNESDAY

At 9:41 a.m., a 39-year-old skateboarder was booked on a warrant issued in Douglas County after he was stopped for skateboarding dangerously close to traffic on Highway 50 at Empire Ranch Road. Bail was set at $940.

At 12:16 p.m., Ronya Rose, 21, and Jean Rocha, 26, were arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop for an obscured license plate at I-580 and Fairview Drive. The arrest report says the driver granted permission to search the vehicle, which revealed a bag containing 28 or 29 grams of what the deputy described as cocaine. Each was charged with possession and trafficking. She was charged with impeding traffic and the obscured license. Her bail was set at $27,590. His bail was set at $27,500.

THURSDAY

At 3:37 a.m., Mark Palmer, 35, was arrested after a traffic stop at Carson and Sonoma streets for an invalid license plate. During the inventory of the vehicle’s contents, a baggie of meth and a needle were discovered. He was charged with possession of meth and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,500.

At 4:09 a.m., deputies were dispatched to Bodines Casino for a report of a woman customer with an active warrant. They arrested a 55-year-old Gardnerville woman on the contempt warrant. Bail was set at $3,000.
