Partnership Carson City, founded to develop a healthy community, is now offering its popular Wellness Yoga classes in-person, while continuing to offer the online virtual option.

Under the newest safety guidelines, and due to space limitations, the in-person class now accommodates 10 people and advance registration is required.

The free yoga series takes place at 5:15 p.m. each Monday, excluding holidays. To register for the class, visit pcccarson.org, select the date you wish to attend and click the “Going” option under RSVP here. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation. Provide that confirmation when you arrive for class.

The class remains available virtually. To view the stream, visit pcccarson.org for details. Each class is recorded and available online afterward.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes. For individuals attending in-person, we prefer you bring your own mat, although we have supplies including mats, blocks, straps and bolsters for all to use. All materials will be properly sanitized properly before and after. Masks are required when entering and exiting the building or using facilities other than the yoga room.

The course is taught by independent contractor Adria White.
