15 new COVID cases in Quad County area; walk-in vaccinations Saturday

Carson City Health and Human Services reported 15 new cases and 28 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County Region on Friday.
This brings the total number of cases to 12,361, with 11,712 recoveries and 225 deaths; 424 cases remain active.

The first doses of the Moderna vaccine are available at each location on a first come, first served basis. Those who previously scheduled an appointment for that date will have their appointments honored. The date for the second dose is provided. Please ensure you are available that day as well to receive your second dose.
