Narcotics Task Force investigation results in 1 arrest

The North Central Narcotic Task Force (NCNTF), working together with the Fallon Police Department, concluded a two-month-long methamphetamine investigation on April 16 that resulted in the arrest of a Fallon woman.

The NCNTF executed a residential search warrant in the area of Serpa Place in Fallon. The investigation and search warrant resulted in the seizure of 26 grams of methamphetamine, multiple prescription medications, fentanyl patches and a firearm. Jillian Sasser was arrested and booked on charges related to the sales of narcotics and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Sasser is being held in the Churchill County Detention Center. 

The NCNTF is comprised of investigators from the Nevada Department of Public Safety- Investigation Division, Fallon Police Department and the Churchill County Sheriff’s Office. 

The mission of the NCNTF is to identify, infiltrate, disrupt and ultimately dismantle drug trafficking organizations. The Nevada Department of Public Safety-Investigation Division and the NCNTF routinely partner with local law enforcement agencies to combat the distribution of controlled substances in the city of Fallon and Churchill County.
