Woman calls 911 seven times, is arrested, Carson City Sheriff says

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent unless convicted in court.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 10
• At 5:30 a.m., a 35-year-old woman was charged with domestic battery after deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex on Saliman Road. She is accused of assaulting her husband including biting his hand. Bail was set at $3,000.
WEDNESDAY
• At 12:58 a.m., an 18-year-old Mound House man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop at Roop and William streets. Bail was set at $1,000.
• At 12:43 a.m., Alec Pierson, 22, was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Roop Street for a broken headlight on the vehicle. The car was searched after a drug dog alerted to it. A small case containing used hypodermic needles was found along with a scale and a small amount of meth along with Pierson’s ID papers in the rear seat of the vehicle. He was charged with possession of meth and paraphernalia, the headlight violation and held on a petty larceny warrant. Bail was set at $3,800.
• At 3:02 a.m., a 23-year-old woman was charged with misuse of 911 after calling the emergency number seven times. Bail was set at $2,500.
THURSDAY
• At 9:17 a.m., Justin Ogden-Fausett, 33, was arrested after a witness reported to dispatch seeing a man in a blue Saturn smoking out of a rolled-up piece of foil. After the vehicle was found at the 7-Eleven on Carson Street, a drug dog alerted to the presence of controlled substances. A search found meth and multiple items of paraphernalia as well as a credit card that didn’t belong to him. He was charged with possession of meth and paraphernalia, possession of the credit card and unlawful use of a stolen credit card. Bail was set at $8,500.
