The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent unless convicted in court.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 13
• At 2:18 p.m., a 38-year-old woman was arrested at the Nugget. She was found slumped outside the exit doors on the ground. When medics tried to get her to the ambulance, she woke up and demanded to be released. They left the scene and she refused to give the deputy her name or information. The deputy arrested her when she tried to leave the scene. She was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting a peace officer. Bail was set at $400.
• At 7:11 p.m., Darryl Clark, 65, was arrested on a Priority 5 P&P warrant after a deputy recognized him near Carson and Winnie. He was held without bail.
SATURDAY
• At 8:18 a.m., a 38-year-old was arrested after deputies were dispatched to Castle Way for a suspected drunk driver. The vehicle was parked on the sidewalk when deputies arrived. The defendant was charged with DUI 1st alcohol. Bail was set at $1,000.
SUNDAY
• At 7:41 a.m., a 21-year-old was arrested on an outstanding FTA warrant after a deputy spotted him sleeping in his pickup on Century Drive. Bail was set at $1,110.
• At 5:55 p.m., Katelin Everett, 28, was arrested on drug charges after a deputy went to check a suspicious vehicle parked in a grassy area at Koontz Lane and Center Drive. The vehicle had no license plates. The female passenger had both heroin and meth in her possession and paraphernalia on her person. She was charged with possession of heroin, meth and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $6,000.
MONDAY
• At 3:13 a.m., Albert Rodriguez, 42, was charged as a sex offender failing to register after telling deputies he had been visiting his brother at the brother’s apartment on Nye Lane for about two weeks. Sex offenders are required to register if they are in town more than 72 hours. Bail was set at $5,000.
• At 1:04 p.m., a 30-year-old man was charged with petit larceny for opening food packages, eating from them, taking a backpack and attempting to leave Walmart without paying for $67 worth of items. Bail was set at $250.
• At 11:46 p.m., a 31-year-old man was arrested at an address on Long Street a day after his girlfriend reported he hit her numerous times in the face, neck, arm and hip when she went to a Maverik station to pick him up because his truck wouldn’t start. He was charged with domestic battery 1st offense. Bail was set at $3,000.
TUESDAY
• At 4:14 a.m., a 28-year-old Minden woman was charged with DUI 1st alcohol after a traffic stop on South Carson Street. She was also charged with speeding and running a red light. Bail was set at $1,105.
• At 3:38 p.m., Jerett Mcallister, 38, was arrested at an apartment on Long Street and charged with domestic battery as well as drug violations. The female victim said he threw a chair at her, causing a mark on her forearm. She also advised there were drugs in his backpack. A search found a small amount of meth and a glass pipe. He was further charged with violating bail conditions. Bail was set at $9,500.
• At 8:32 a.m., a 29-year-old man was arrested after a traffic stop at Hillview and Kingsley Lane for a suspended registration. He was also charged with no driver’s license and held on an outstanding warrant issued in Esmeralda County. Bail was set at $2,467.
• At 12:12 p.m., a 32-year-old was arrested after deputies responded to a business on Carson Street for an unwanted subject. When deputies arrived, he had left but using his description, they found him walking north on Carson Street. After a deputy saw him put his hand in his hoodie pocket, he asked if he could check him for weapons. The defendant refused and when deputies tried to control and handcuff him, resisted their attempts to control him. A search found a broken glass meth pipe. He was charged with possession of paraphernalia and resisting an officer. Bail was set at $1,300.
WEDNESDAY
• At 2:18 a.m., Matthew Fitzgerald, 31, was arrested at an apartment on Retail Court after deputies were dispatched to a report of a man in the bathroom refusing to leave. A search of his person found a white powdery substance the deputy identified as narcotics. He first said it was meth but then changed his story to say it was heroin. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $2,500.
THURSDAY
• At 9:42 a.m., a 30-year-old woman was arrested after deputies traced her 911 call to an apartment complex on College Parkway. She was charged with misuse of 911 and with possession of brass knuckles. The arrest report says she has made a number of calls to 911. Bail was set at $5,000.
• At 6:31 p.m., Antonio Conchas-Conchas, 33, was charged with home invasion and assault against his on-again, off-again girlfriend for breaking into her apartment on Long Street by breaking the front door. Bail was set at $30,000.
• At 7:47 p.m., a 29-year-old man was arrested on a charge of violating suspended sentence conditions after deputies were dispatched to Mallory Center for an unwanted subject. Bail was set at $3,000.
• At 8:05 p.m., a 66-year-old woman was charged with DUI 1st alcohol after a traffic stop at College and Northgate for failure to maintain a lane. Bail was set at $1,040.
• At 11:27 p.m., a passenger in a vehicle was arrested on two outstanding failure to appear warrants after a traffic stop outside the Country Store on Highway 50 East. Bail was set at $1,000.
FRIDAY
• At 12:17 a.m., a 29-year-old was charged with domestic battery after deputies responded to an address of Carriage Crest Drive. He was also charged with child endangerment because when she was hit by her husband, she was holding their infant daughter. Bail was set at $5,500.
