State officials say masks are required in public indoor settings in all Nevada counties except Esmeralda.
All other counties are listed as high risk for transmission of the virus except Lincoln, which improved slightly but is still considered of substantial risk .
To get out from under the mask requirement, counties must remain at low or moderate risk for two consecutive weeks.
Low is defined as less than 10 new cases per 100,000 population in the past week and less than 5 percent of tests coming back positive in a week. Moderate is less than 50 new cases per 100,000 population in the past week and less than 8 percent positivity.
