APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 90854
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 28th day of June 2021 Scotty Moss of Fernley, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.05 c.f.s. and 0.5 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 Section 29, T20N, R26E or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 29 bears S 55 degrees 59 minutes 1.63 seconds E, a distance of 2,919.245 feet (approx. 5 miles East of Fernley, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
