That portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 3 for Christopher M. and Dolores L. Wogan, according to the Official Map filed in the office of the Recorder of Carson City, State of Nevada, on March 6, 1987 in Book 5 of Maps, Page 1383, as File No 55734, lying North of the Northerly right-of-way line of Hamilton Avenue and East of the Easterly right-of-way line of Carriage Crest Drive as shown on and dedicated by that certain Road Dedication Map for Raymond D. and Reynese R. May, recorded May 1, 1987, in Book 5 of Maps, Page 1449 as File No. 57894, Official Records of Carson City.

The property is commonly known as 1961 Hamilton Avenue, Carson City, Nevada. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners, the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (Nevada Medicaid), and Suzanne Bierman, Administrator, through undersigned counsel, having filed a Petition for the Imposition of Medicaid Lien on Real Property (“Petition”) on the subject property in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Seven Dollars and Thirty-Nine Cents ($13,407.39), a hearing has been set for July 13, 2021, at 1:30 p.m., or at such time immediately thereafter as this matter may be heard in Department II of the above-referenced Court, located at 885 East Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada. 

The purpose of this hearing is to establish the record related to matters alleged in the underlying Petition sought by Nevada Medicaid to protect potential future recovery of Medicaid benefits paid on behalf of the above-named Decedent. 

PLEASE NOTE: As of the date below, this Court is holding hearings in person.
