MINDEN — The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a theft suspect. On June 1, a petit larceny was committed at the Grant Avenue Walmart, according to a news release from the DCSO. The suspect is described as a female, likely Caucasian, average height and build with two-tone blond / red hair. The suspect is associated with the vehicle.
The suspect stole approximately $547 in merchandise by concealing the items in a laundry-type basket and walking out of the store without paying for the items.
