APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90633 NOTICE IS HERE-BY GIVEN, that on the 5th day of May 2021 5Seat, LLC of Minden, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.0041 c.f.s., 3.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropri-ated under Permit 78371. Water will be diverted from an un-derground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4, Section 36, T16N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the E1/4 of said Section 36 bears N 78 degrees 30 min-utes 05 seconds E., a distance of 1,649.42 feet (approx.. 0.5 miles SW of the intersection of US50 and Highland Drive in Moundhouse, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The ex-isting point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Sec-tion 32, T15N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the center ¼ of said Section 32 bears S 44 degrees 34 minutes 12 seconds E, a distance of 2,449.75 feet.
