NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to NRS40.4: (6b) (6e), that Clearstar Financial 

Credit Union, as Judgment Creditor, is foreclosing upon Judgment by putting up for sale 

pursuant to NRS 21.150 and NRS 21.190 to the highest bidder, upon the terms and conditions herein after mentioned, of all judgment debtors’ right, title and interest in and to the real property and improvements located at 359 First South St, Yerington, County of Lyon, State of Nevada and more particularly described as follows: 

Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Block 12, as shown on the Official Map of Townsite of Mason, recorded in the Official Records of Lyon County, Nevada on July 25, 1974 as Document No. 19404. 

TOGETHER WITH one-half of the East/ West Alley abutting Lot 1 of Block 12, Town of Mason, Lyon County, Nevada, as contained in the Order of Abandonment recorded as Document No. 0117776 on July 28, 1988.

to the Courthouse, 911 Harvey Way, Yerington, Nevada at public auction for cash, all the right, title, claim and interest of Said Defendant(s) John E. Harris, Richelle E. Harris, of, in and to the above-described property owner(s) of Record: John E. Harris, Richelle E. Harris, Joni Walker.
