Nevada Appeal Capitol Bureau
Saturday, May 29, 2021
Nevada’s Capitol reopens June 1, but only on a limited basis.
The building has been closed to the public for the past year because of the pandemic.
Gov. Steve Sisolak issued a statement saying the building will be open on an appointment-only basis and visitors will be required to follow the latest CDC guidance on face coverings.
Guided tours of the Capitol will resume with a maximum of five people and no self-guided tours will be allowed at this time.
Public meetings will also be allowed. People who want to attend scheduled meetings will be allowed to attend their meeting.
