Carson City sheriff seeks 17-year-old runaway

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance with locating a runaway juvenile.
Isaiah Abel was not at school when his mother attempted to pick him up on Friday, Nov. 5, and was missing until Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 7:30 a.m. when he returned home. Abel ran away from home again before his mother could call the sheriff’s office. Abel does not have any medical problems and is not considered at risk.
Abel is 17 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Abel was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and white Nike Air Jordans.
He may be in the area of the Carson Colony off of Curry Street in Carson City.
