The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance with identifying and locating a suspect who on Aug. 30 at about 10 a.m. used a stolen debit card at Dotty’s Casino, 3331 Highway 50 East in Carson City. The female suspect is described as possibly white, wearing black leggings, black tank top, black face mask, and a black hat. She was seen exiting a white BMW X5 SUV, entered the business, and used the stolen debit card.
