NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fawn M. Dotson filed with this Court a Petition for 

Issuance of Letters of Administration, for General Administration of Estate, and to Approve Method of Attorneys’ Compensation for the Estate of the above-named Decedent and that the hearing on said Petition has been set for November 16, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Tenth Judicial District Court, which is located at 73 N. Maine St., Ste. B, Fallon, NV 89406. Further details concerning said Petition can be obtained by reviewing the Court file at the Tenth Judicial District Court at 73 N. Maine St., Ste. The petitioner requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent 

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived the notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. 

All persons interested in said Estate are notified to appear and show cause why the said Petition should not be granted. You do not need to appear at the hearing unless you object to the 

Petition.
