NOTICE OF APPLICATION
WMT Enterprises, LLC d/b/a WMT
Medical Transportation (“Applicant”) filed an
application for a Contract Carrier Permit, under
docket 21-10020, pursuant to contracts
with Fundamental Clinical and Operational
Services, LLC and Nevada Behavioral Health
Systems. The Applicant requested certain
information be kept confidential.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest
in the filing may file Petitions for Leave
to Intervene or Protests at the Authority’s
office. Such Petitions must conform to the
Authority’s regulations and must be filed on
or before November 19, 2021.
