NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Executive Limousine Service, Inc. filed
an application for temporary transfer of
operating rights for CPCN (PSC) 1026 to
ATG Rides, LLC under Docket 21-08002.
They are requesting that certain information
remain confidential. This application may
include tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest
in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to
Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such
Petitions must conform to the Authority’s
regulations and must be filed on or before
October 4, 2021.
