APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 90855
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 30th day of June 2021 Great Basin Water Supply LLC of Fernley, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.07 c.f.s. and 0.5 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 Section 29, T20N, R26E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 29 bears S 53 degrees 9 minutes 28.22 seconds E, a distance of 2,353.9 feet (approx. 2 miles West of Hazen, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
