NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that STACY BOBBETTE HARRISON has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of HELEN FAY MCKNIGHT, Deceased, without
administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has set the matter for a hearing on 12th day of October, 2021, at 8:30 a.m., in the Department II of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
The petition requests that the Estate be set aside to the Decedent’s children, STACY BOBBETTE HARRISON, BRADLEY DOUGLAS SAUNDERS, and CARA DENISE BIBEE to share and share alike.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
