AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DON YEARIN and RYAN CAMPBELL having filed in this Court their “Petition for Authority to Administer Estate; for Issuance of Letters of Administration; and for General Administration” and have set the matter for hearing on Tuesday September 28, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Tenth Judicial District Court, 73 N. Maine Street, Fallon, Nevada 89406. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
