On 9/16/2021, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE:
2021-1588
TITLE:
Ordinance 2021- 1588, an ordinance amending provisions of Chapter 20.622 of the Douglas County Code to eliminate the creation of a private cause of action for a violation of Chapter 20.622, clarifying sections of the Vacation Home Rental program including the setting of the occupancy limit at two persons per bedroom, the appeal process, the composition of the Vacation Home Rental Advisory Board, and the process for conducting safety inspections.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on October 3, 2021 and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Danny Tarkanian, Mark Gardner, John Engels, Walt Nowosad, Wes Rice
